How ICPX handles account and wallet information.
Effective date
This Privacy Policy is effective June 15, 2026. ICPX accounts, wallet balances, compute orchestration, support tickets and dashboard workflows are active while provider capacity remains dynamic.
Information we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email, intended workload, wallet provider, wallet address if submitted, and basic request metadata needed to operate and secure ICPX.
How we use information
We use information to manage accounts, contact users, prevent abuse, plan compute capacity, improve ICPX, and operate wallet, SSH, support and deployment workflows.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, analytics, database, communication, and security providers to operate ICPX. These providers process information only as needed for the service.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies support security and sessions. Analytics and marketing tools, including Google Tag Manager if configured, only load after consent. Cookie preferences can be changed from the footer.
Your choices
You can request correction or deletion of your account information by contacting ICPX. Some records may be retained when required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
