ICPX legal
Terms
The rules for using ICPX alpha access and related GPU workflows.
Effective date
These Terms are effective June 15, 2026. ICPX is currently provided as an alpha-stage product and access may be limited, delayed, modified, or discontinued.
Alpha access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. ICPX may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke alpha access at its discretion, including for security, capacity, compliance, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Acceptable use
You may not use ICPX to violate law, compromise systems, abuse infrastructure, infringe rights, bypass access controls, or run workloads that create security, safety, or operational risk.
Wallets and keys
Wallets, SSH keys, and credentials remain your responsibility. ICPX may require wallet-bound identity and account approval before enabling rentals, terminal sessions, or deployments.
Third-party services
ICPX may link to or integrate with third-party services, including NVIDIA resources and wallet providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability.
No warranties
ICPX alpha is provided as-is and as-available. GPU availability, model availability, deployment behavior, uptime, pricing, and performance are not guaranteed during alpha.
